These bioactive peptides of marine origin are the result of Laboratoire Dielen research. They are exclusive to the Dielen range.
Gabolysat peptides® Stress peptides are small proteins characterized by their low molecular weight. Their molecular weights of less than 1500 Daltons are the source of their properties.
Their properties have been demonstrated in several studies published in scientific journals.
Gabolysat® Stress marine peptides are produced in Brittany using a patented process and wild fish caught in the North Atlantic. At Laboratoire Dielen , we have selected everyday fish species whose resources are not threatened. Their sustainable fishing in France is controlled by European regulations. These fish are not caught specifically for Laboratoire Dielen, but rather the laboratory uses certain by-products to extract bioactive marine peptides.
Effect on stress and fatigue
The original Magzen® formula combines marine peptides with two amino and proteo-chelated magnesium salts. These salts are chosen for their good tolerability and bioavailability.
Laboratoire Dielen is based on bioavailability studies which highlight the assimilative qualities of magnesium bisglycinate and chelated marine magnesium.
Magzen* also contains vitamin B6, which helps reduce fatigue.
Dielen gastro-protective film coating
Magzen® tablets benefit from Dielen film coating, which protects nutrients from gastric acidity by delaying their release into the intestine. This coating uses no chemical additives, only gums of natural origin.

Science: Magzen® - The scientific evidence for Laboratoire Dielen
The stress-reducing effect of supplementation was demonstrated by a multicenter clinical study on a population of 93 healthy but anxious subjects (Hamilton test above 20).
After 28 days of supplementation with 2 MAGZEN® tablets a day, 42% of subjects reduced their stress levels by more than half.
According to the doctors, 75% of subjects had a good to very good improvement in stress levels.
67% of subjects reported a good or very good improvement in their stress levels. Only 6% of patients experienced a rebound effect.

According to data from the 2007 INCA 2 study by the French health safety agency ANSES[3], nutritional magnesium intake is inadequate for 89% of adolescents, 67% of adults and 77% of seniors.
In addition to age, gender and diet, a number of other factors can influence magnesium levels in the body. Prolonged stress, pregnancy, adolescence, intense physical activity, alcoholism, certain intestinal pathologies, certain medications and coffee consumption can all increase magnesium requirements.
Nutritional magnesium deficiency is characterized by nervous and physical fatigue, hyperemotionality, irritability, tingling, tremors, cramps, contractures, eyelid twitching and constipation.
Magnesium is not synthesized by the human body, so it must be supplied by our diet. It is present in many foods, such as cocoa powder, dark chocolate, almonds and hazelnuts. Frequently asked questions
There are different magnesium salts: oxide, citrate, malate, bisglycinate... Several factors distinguish them. In particular, their elemental magnesium content and bioavailability. In other words, their capacity for digestive absorption.
Laboratoire Dielen has chosen the 2 magnesium salts for which scientific studies show good bioavailability: bysglicinate and proteo-chelated marine.
One month's supplementation is recommended, but this depends on the individual's level of nutritional deficiency.
Magzen® was the subject of a clinical study published in 2021 in the international journal "Nutrients". The study was carried out by 17 doctors on 93 subjects in a recent state of stress. Significant results on stress were measured after 28 days' supplementation with 2 tablets a day.
Vitamin B6 helps regulate hormonal activity and reduce fatigue.
Proteo-chelated magnesium, also known as amino-complex, is a mixture of magnesium and peptides.
This blend of magnesium and peptides promotes magnesium bioavailability. Magnesium then uses the same absorption pathways as amino acids.
Magnesium overdosage is rare. Magzen® respects the Nutritional Reference Values (NRV), with a daily intake of 80% of the NRV for 2 tablets a day.
Magzen® is approved for pregnant and breastfeeding women
Magzen® is suitable for children aged 8 and over. The recommended minimum age is indicated on the box. It depends on the galenic form or the components of the formula.

Magzen® can be taken with certain families of medicines. However, it is preferable to seek the advice of a pharmacist who is familiar with drug interactions and precautions for use.
In addition, to avoid affecting the absorption of medication, it is important to stagger the intake of any dietary supplement by 2 hours.
A minimum of 3 months' supplementation is recommended.
Continuous supplementation is, however, useful for athletes and pregnant women due to their increased need for magnesium.
