To guarantee the highest quality of its products, Laboratoire Dielen scrupulously follows protocols defined within the framework of stringent controls and standards.

The HACCP risk analysis system

The HACCP principles are internationally recognized as the benchmark by which food operators can control hazards and risks. They form the basis on which self-checks are defined.

The Laboratoire Dielen website is thus required to prove its compliance with HACCP obligations and principles. To do so, it must maintain complete documentation on its activities and products, including :

  • the procedures followed,
  • programs implemented as part of the quality policy,
  • instructions on formulations, manufacturing processes and packaging,
  • records tracing the progress of each batch of product,
  • specification sheets for raw materials, ingredients and finished products.

 

Because Laboratoire Dielen takes its quality standards even further, it has also been awarded ISO 22000 certification.

ISO 22000:2018 certification

ISO 22000 is an internationalfood safety management standard issued by ISO, the international standards organization. It demonstrates the ability to identify and control potential food safety hazards, and to supply safe products at all times.

Thanks to its ISO 22000:2018 certification, Laboratoire Dielen can guarantee high-quality dietary supplements and enhanced safety control.

Certified sustainable marine active ingredients

The omega-3-rich fish oils used in Dielen's natural health product formulas have been carefully selected. In its constant quest for quality, the Laboratory has chosen two brands benefiting from unique and innovative processes: Epax® XO and Omégavie Quality Silver®.

Epax® is the world leader in concentrated omega-3 fatty acids. Epax® quality oils,rich in essential fatty acids, are produced from wild-caught fish harvested according to eco-responsible and sustainable criteria. They are certified by the "Friend of the Sea" organization. These oils are concentrated in omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA). They are also purified of potential pollutants such as heavy metals. Finally, they are stabilized using a certified process that guarantees high resistance to oxidation.

OmegaVavie® fish oils are produced using Quality Silver® technology, guaranteeing stable oils. This patented process makes it possible to :

  • effectively combat the oxidation of oils rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs),
  • increase oil stability (by two to seven times, depending on the type of oil),
  • guarantee optimal preservation of nutritional qualities,
  • optimize polyunsaturated fatty acid shelf-life and assimilation.
