Internship – Development of AI-Based Automation Solutions

A pioneer in marine bioactivity since 1978, Laboratoire Dielen combines academic research and industrial expertise to develop natural, effective and differentiating health solutions.

As part of our growth, we are looking for an IT/Information Systems/ Master’s in Innovation/Data intern to strengthen our Administration & Finance team.

As part of its growth strategy, Dielen aims to identify automation opportunities offered by artificial intelligence in order to optimize its teams’ time.

  • Phase 1 — Assessment (Months 1–2) 
  • Conduct structured interviews with all members of the Executive Committee and the operational teams to identify repetitive and time-consuming tasks. 
  • Map the relevant processes: volume, frequency, complexity, and data involved. 
  • Identify the tools already in use at the company (Office 365, ChatGPT, Claude, Sage ERP, etc.) and their current scope of use. 
  • Prioritize automation opportunities based on cost, benefit, and feasibility. 
  • Phase 2 — Solutions and Prototypes (Months 2–4) 
  • Offer AI automation solutions that are primarily included in existing subscriptions (Microsoft Copilot / Office 365, ChatGPT, Claude). 
  • Design and test prototypes or automated workflows for the selected use cases. 
  • Document the solutions developed: user guide, target process, estimated benefits. 
  • Train and support teams in the use of the deployed tools. 
  • Master’s 2 degree from an engineering school — with a specialization in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, information systems, or technological innovation management 
  • Proficiency with consumer AI tools: ChatGPT (GPT-4), Claude, Microsoft Copilot 
  • Knowledge of the Office 365 ecosystem: Excel, Word, Power Automate, Teams, SharePoint 
  • Ability to conduct interviews and synthesize complex information 
  • Good interpersonal skills — the internship involves regular communication with management and all teams 
  • Curiosity, independence, practicality, and a results-oriented approach 
  • Interest in the marine biotechnology and nutrition and health sectors is appreciated
