A pioneer in marine bioactivity since 1978, Laboratoire Dielen combines academic research and industrial expertise to develop natural, effective and differentiating health solutions.

The HR function is currently handled by senior management with the assistance of the Administrative and Financial Department. Payroll management is outsourced. In a context of continued growth, we are looking for a part-time Human Resources Manager (1 week/month) to structure and provide operational support to the existing team responsible for HR monitoring.

  • Personnel administration and social compliance
  • Administrative management of employees (contracts, amendments, individual files, arrivals/departures)
  • Compliance of HR practices with the Labor Code and applicable collective bargaining agreement
  • Monitoring legal and regulatory obligations (registers, notices, occupational health)
  • Securing HR procedures and updating internal documents
  • Social relations and managerial support
  • Prepares and participates in relations with employee representatives (where applicable)
  • Advises senior management and managers on labor law issues
  • Management of sensitive individual situations and contributes to the prevention of social risks
  • Participates in social dialogue and consultation obligations
  • HR Development and Quality of Life at Work
  • Participation in certain recruitment processes (definition of requirements, interviews, onboarding)
  • Skills development management and training monitoring
  • Organization and follow-up of professional interviews
  • Contributes to initiatives promoting quality of life at work and occupational risk prevention

  • Proposes ideas for developing and improving HR practices
  • Performs any related activities necessary to perform the job
  • Provides support to management for all tasks related to their area of responsibility
  • Collaborates with all company departments to structure and standardize the HR approach by encouraging team spirit.
  • Education:
  • Higher education in human resources, labor law, management, or equivalent (Master's degree in HR, labor law, business school).
  • Specialization in labor law, labor relations, talent management, or quality of life at work is highly valued.
  • Additional training in management, change management, or occupational risk prevention is an asset.
  • Experience :
  • Proven experience (minimum 8 to 10 years) as a Human Resources Manager or Senior HR Manager, ideally in an industrial SME/mid-market environment.
  • Solid experience in personnel administration management, payroll management, and securing HR practices.
  • Proven experience in supporting managers, handling sensitive individual situations, and preventing social risks.
  • Experience in setting up or structuring the HR function (creating processes, tools, reporting) is highly valued.
  • Experience in HR team management or coordinating external service providers (payroll, legal, training)
  • Skills and strengths:
  • Leadership, ability to unite, advise, and support management teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of labor law and applicable social regulations.
  • Ability to manage all HR processes: personnel administration, payroll, labor relations, HR development.
  • Interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills, including in sensitive or high-stakes situations.
  • Ability to analyze and produce social indicators for corporate management.
  • Very good command of office automation tools and HRIS; comfortable with information systems.
  • Discretion, reliability, and a keen sense of confidentiality.
  • Experience in workplace well-being, occupational risk prevention, or change management would be a strategic asset.
