A pioneer in marine bioactivity since 1978, Laboratoire Dielen combines academic research and industrial expertise to develop natural, effective and differentiating health solutions.

With strong growth in France and abroad, the company is currently restructuring its marketing department and is looking for a talented individual to support it. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Communications, and Regulatory Affairs, a position currently held by the President of Dielen, you will participate in discussions on the company's strategic challenges and the implementation of marketing and communications initiatives.

  • Marketing Strategy:
  • Define and implement a marketing strategy aligned with our business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer needs to adapt our offering.
  • Manage the marketing budget and supervise the team to achieve the set objectives.
  • Key Interface:
  • Conduct market research to guide management and R&D.
  • Participate in the development and optimization of our products for national and international markets.
  • Establish relationships with opinion leaders and write scientific content for training purposes.
  • External and Internal Communications in close collaboration with the Communications Manager:
  • Oversee communication activities to increase the visibility of our products.
  • Participate as a speaker at national and international events.
  • Collaborate with communications agencies and manage relationships with the media and influencers.
  • With a background in science (medicine, pharmacy, or biology) and business school, you have more than three years of experience working in our industry.
  • Significant experience in marketing and communications, ideally in the healthcare or biotechnology sector.
  • Proven skills in project management, market analysis, and marketing strategy development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in French and English.
  • Initiative, creativity, and leadership skills.
