Administrative and Financial Manager

As the company continues to grow and restructure, and as part of a temporary replacement, we are seeking an Administrative and Financial Manager to oversee financial performance, ensure the smooth running of administrative operations, and support senior management in their strategic decision-making.

Your primary responsibilities include ensuring the reliability of financial data, maintaining the company’s administrative operations, and actively contributing to strategic management.

  • Accounting, Taxation & Financial Compliance
  • Ensures that accounting records are maintained and that the balance sheet and income statement are reliable
  • Oversees accounting practices and ensures the accuracy of financial information
  • Ensures compliance with tax obligations and regulatory filings
  • Implements internal controls and ensures their effectiveness
  • Monitors investments and performs the necessary reconciliations
  • Ensure risk coverage through appropriate insurance policies
  • Manages and organizes the finance department (team, tools, procedures)
  • Management Control & Performance
  • Monitors, analyzes, and interprets financial results and key performance indicators
  • Manages production costs and analyzes margins by customer
  • Supports investment and cost optimization projects
  • Contributes to the continuous improvement of economic performance
  • Reporting & Strategic Management
  • Produces and ensures that monthly reports are submitted on time
  • Analyzes financial indicators (cash flow, margins, inventory, etc.) and identifies trends
  • Develop budgets and forecasts in collaboration with management and the teams
  • Provides management with all key data necessary for steering the company
  • Cash Management
  • Monitors cash flow on a daily basis
  • Optimizes the company's cash flow
  • Monitors customer payments and supplier payments
  • HR & Payroll Tracking
  • Ensures that HR records (administrative, training, etc.) are properly maintained
  • Collects and transmits payroll data to the external service provider
  • Verifies the compliance and accuracy of salaries
  • May provide occasional assistance with HR matters (recruitment, occupational health and safety monitoring, reporting)
  • Other tasks
  • Key user of the ERP system (SAGE)
  • Monitors contracts and assists in preparing for General Meetings
  • Contributes to the continuous improvement and innovation of internal practices
  • Works closely with all departments
  • Provides operational support to management
  • Participates in management reviews
  • Education:
  • Advanced degree in finance, accounting, management, or a related field (Master’s degree, DSCG, business school, etc.)
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience as a RAF or in an equivalent position
  • Experience in an SME/mid-market environment is preferred
  • Strong expertise in accounting, management control, and financial management
  • Experience in team management and process design
