Training Delegate - South-East / Corsica

In this context, we are looking for a training delegate to play a key role in deploying our expertise and solutions in the field.

  • Training prescribers, doctors and pharmacists: You'll be the expert on the Dielen range, responsible for passing on your knowledge and organizing training sessions tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals.
  • Develop customer relations in your area: As a true ambassador, you will develop relationships with our existing customers and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Participate in sales strategy: You will actively contribute to defining and deploying Dielen's sales priorities in France.

1. Training for prescribers and pharmacy teams

  • Become an expert in products and subjects related to health and micronutrition.
  • Organize and run training courses in pharmacies, for doctors and other healthcare professionals.
  • Host training events, such as lunches or theme evenings.

2. Customer relationship management

  • Cover the departments: 06, 83 partial and 20 (territory likely to evolve according to company needs).
  • Apply commercial conditions defined by the company.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers and prospect new targeted customers.
  • Regular reporting (CRM updates, weekly summaries, performance reviews).

3. Organization and time management

  • Spend approximately :
    • 20% of your time is spent on training medical sales representatives.
    • 70% of your time on in-store presentations and training.
    • 10% of your time is spent on administrative and reporting tasks.

4. Other responsibilities

  • Manage customer complaints (quality, pharmacovigilance) and pass on information to the relevant departments.
  • Feed back relevant market information.
  • Help organize events (sports, trade shows, seminars, etc.).
  • Training: A scientific background, if possible with a solid knowledge of micronutrition and allopathy.
  • Experience: Successful experience working with local pharmacies and/or doctors.
  • Skills :
    • Expertise or interest in health and micronutrition issues.
    • Excellent interpersonal and teaching skills.
    • Organizational skills and autonomy in managing time and priorities.
