We are looking for a Communications Specialist to join our Marketing & Innovation team on a temporary basis.

Provide three months of support to the Marketing & Communications team in the operational production of Dielen’s communications materials, with a focus on graphic design and event planning. The Communications Specialist will translate briefs into clear deliverables that are consistent with the brand identity and ready for distribution, while contributing to the preparation and smooth execution of key internal, sales, and professional events. :

Graphic Design & Production of Marketing Materials

  • Create and adapt print and digital communication materials: packaging, flyers, newsletters, in-store promotional materials, sales materials, and presentations.
  • Vendor Management: Printers, …
  • Produce videos about the company: internal videos, conference recordings, training sessions, etc., including editing and other tasks.
  • Perform simple retouching, photo montages, product shots, page layouts, and campaign variations.
  • Events
  • Help prepare for trade shows, seminars, and internal events.
  • Coordinate practical details: scheduling, materials, signage, equipment, supplies, promotional items, printed materials, and logistical needs.
  • Serve as the operational liaison with event vendors, printers, venues, and suppliers for assigned projects, while monitoring the approved budget.
  • Assist with the setup, monitoring, and evaluation of events as needed.
  • Bachelor's Degree (3 or 4 years) in Communication
  • First job experience (internship, work-study program, or permanent position) in Communications / Graphic Design
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Proficiency in software such as Adobe InDesign, Canva, etc.
  • Strong interest in healthy eating and dietary supplements
  • Scientific English is preferred
