1- Pay attention to your environment

2- Boost your immunity

3- Take care of your intestines

The intestinal wall is a protective barrier against allergies.

It's made up of a multitude of bacteria that are healthy for your body, forming the microbiota. To take care of it, you can, for example, supplement with glutamine, recognized for its benefits on intestinal flora, or turn to prebiotics or probiotics.

4- Protect your liver

Allergies are often linked toliver health. So remember to limit your intake of alcohol, sugar and coffee. It's also important to limit fatty meats and cold meats, which increase the workload on the liver.

5-Don't forget your diet

Processed foods and red meat have a lot of them, so we recommend limiting their consumption.
